Stand tall with your back lightly in contact with a wall, feet about hip-width and 12\u201318 inches in front of the wall. Shift weight to the standing leg, brace your abs, and lift the opposite leg in front with the knee slightly bent and toes pulled up. Reach toward the lifted foot\u2019s toes as you sit your hips back and down, keeping light contact with the wall and your chest up. Keep the standing knee tracking over the toes; do not let it cave inward. Briefly touch the toes (or reach as far as control allows) without rounding your lower back. Drive through the standing heel and engage your core to return to the start. Switch legs and repeat.
