1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchased thebean.ai directly through our website and the Money-Back Guarantee was presented at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund provided that all of the following conditions are met:
You contact us at admin@thebean.ai within 14 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your current subscription period.
You have actively followed your workout and/or meal plan for at least 5 consecutive days.
You provide reasonable evidence of your participation (such as workout history, progress tracking, or plan usage screenshots, photos of workout meals).
We may also review internal usage data to verify meaningful engagement with the Service.
This guarantee is intended for users who actively use the program but are not satisfied with their results. It does not apply in cases of minimal or no usage, repeated refund requests, or misuse of the Service.
We reserve the right to review and approve refund requests at our discretion in accordance with this Policy.
2. General Refund Rules
If you do not meet the conditions of the Money-Back Guarantee above, payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless required by applicable law.
3. EU Users – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date of purchase (or from the start of a free trial, if applicable).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at admin@thebean.ai before the withdrawal period expires.
If you requested that the Service begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you may lose your right of withdrawal, you may only be eligible for a proportionate refund for the period during which the Service was provided, as permitted by law.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
