Stand facing the object with feet just outside shoulder width and toes slightly out; brace your core and set a neutral spine. Hinge and squat to reach under the edge with a mixed or supinated grip, keeping the object close to your shins and chest up. Pack the lats and take the slack out, then drive through your heels to extend knees and hips together to bring the object to mid\u2011thigh. As it rises, step one foot forward and transition one or both hands to a pushing position on the edge. Continue driving hips forward and use your legs and chest to tip the object past its balance point\u2014do not curl with the arms. Push it over and guide the descent, keeping fingers clear of the landing zone. Reset your stance, re-brace, and repeat for the next rep, avoiding rounding or twisting under load.
