As you rotate, bring the right fist up close to your body in a vertical arc, palm facing you, elbow ~90\u00B0, exhaling on the punch. Stop at chin-to-nose height without overreaching; keep the left hand guarding your face. Retract the right hand along the same path, reset your hips, and repeat smoothly for reps or time.
