Body Part
Lower legs
Sit tall with knees bent ~90\u00B0, heel of the working foot on the floor and toes slightly dorsiflexed. Loop the band around the forefoot and anchor it to the outside (under the opposite foot or a sturdy object) so it pulls laterally. Brace the lower leg; do not let the knee or hip move. Pull the inside edge of the foot inward (invert) against the band in a slow, controlled motion. Pause 1\u20132 seconds at end range without pain or cramping. Return slowly to neutral under control; avoid letting the band snap you back or everting past neutral. Keep heel down and avoid excessive plantarflexion; breathe steadily. Complete desired reps, then switch sides.
